Montessori guides receive music workshop
During the month of June, 20 Montessori public school guides took the music workshop in order to integrate music into their environment.
This course allowed the educators to know the importance of music in the development of the child at an early age. They also learned during the workshop to use instruments such as bells, and to develop music notation activities that introduce the students to music reading.
The workshop was given by Tania González, who has been in the area of music education for 20 years. She recognizes the important role of music in childhood development, the development of a child's memory, attention, and ability to concentrate.
