A gesture of generosity that multiplies

A good public school accessible to everyone is essential for the Puerto Rico we want.

Instituto Nueva Escuela (INE) has been working since 2008 together with school communities around the Island in the creation of Montessori educational environments of academic and human quality. Educating conscientious citizens, well prepared, committed to the common good and social transformation is our mission.

Ana María García Blanco, executive director of the INE, celebrates that students read and write before reaching first grade, that there are no failures, that they graduate from their fourth year and that more than 85% enter universities or secondary education institutions. We celebrate that the schools that we accompany establish a culture of peace and eliminate violence; that families "enroll" with their sons and daughters and are part of the academic project that serves them.

School by school, community by community, we are sowing a new country. A contribution today advances the mission and history of our organization.

Today the Instituto Nueva Escuela celebrates a fundraising campaign, ''From school to society'', seeking people to join in generosity to continue making this educational method accessible to other communities so in the future they contribute to the common wellbeing of our country.

Don Rafa Boutique Hotel & Residences has already made an act of generosity and will be giving away a 2-night stay to one donors who donates to Montessori public schools from November 29 to December 6.
